The units we use for the drying process is an adsorption dryer with heaters and if necessary pre and after cooler complete built in an air handling unit for mounting inside the factory or on the roof. The outside process air will be filtered and pre cooled; especially during summertime a lot of water will already be removed in the pre cooler.
This makes it possible to reach very low dew points even during summer months. After passing the adsorption rotor, the air will be cooled again to reach the required air temperature.
The applied drying techniques are: product drying, conditioning of a production process and room conditioning. We dry both by conventional and adsorption techniques or a combination of these two.
