Long-term research using our comprehensive experience in drying, has led to the development of an extremely advanced and user-friendly HB 101 LK control system.

The HB 101 LK control system is suitable to be used both for conventional drying, heat pump condensation drying as well as for the newly developed superheated steam drying.

Our computer drying system has been developed in such a manner to enable the control of a maximum of 40 dry kilns from one computer simultaneously. This system works under Windows 2000 and Windows XP programs, and can be very easily connected to a network.

Easy operation

Information on the type of timber, its thickness, initial moisture content and required final moisture content is loaded into the computer. Using the internal library of more than 120 species of wood, the HB 101 LK control system then selects a suitable drying schedule.

Flexibility

Each drying schedule can be modified by entering different data to the program. The control program then selects a suitable schedule for the timber drying in the dry kiln. The control system has several pre-programmed drying stages which have to be completed in succession.
