Cooling of air
The air, contained in the kiln, is heated and circulated by fans. The air constantly absorbs moisture from the product. When reaching a temperature of minimal 30°C and the adjusted humidity, the dehumidification process starts. The humid wet air will be passed through a cooling coil where it is cooled. The air cannot contain the same quantity of water as when it was warm and then therefore condensates. All condensate will be discharged to ambient. The necessary electrical and safety controls are built in a water resistant control box.
