All supplied installations of the HB Group can be equipped with PLC control systems.

For this purpose we use standard Siemens PLC's. For visualisation and operation we use touch screens. If a unit consists of more separate units, they can all be connected to each other through a central network. This offers you the possibility of central operation and control. If desired, this system offers the possibility to be connected with other already existing units at side.

The necessary special HB software is designed and serviced by HB's own service engineers. Our software is modular built and can be changed easily to customers wishes or demands.
In dry kiln control, we have developed our own drying schedule system. This system offers the opportunity to make your own schedules or change them if wanted on the touch panel of your PC in MS excel. An automatic back-up is made of temperature and relative humidity of every drying cycle.

Decentral I/O system at adsorption dehumidifiers

When a customer intents to use his own software and visualisation, we can supply an extra control cabinet on the adsorption dehumidifier. In particular with adsorption dehumidifiers, this has a big advantage. Next to the power cable, the customer only has to connect a data cable on the decentral I/O system (which is mounted in the control cabinet). This saves a lot on installation costs and labour on location. This system makes it possible to fully integrate the adsorption dehumidifiers in another process line. The customer decides which equipment we should use.

We have already made units with Rockwell, Telemechanique and Siemens parts.
